Shipping your prints is as important to us as the quality and service you receive. We take great care to confirm the accuracy of your order as it's packed. We then pack to ensure your delivery reaches you in pristine condition.

Prompt and sturdy shipping is a top priority at Alkit. Our shipping department takes pride in safe and efficient packaging.  We ship via UPS for reliable delivery. Refer to the map above for transit times. Deliveries to P.O. Boxes will be made via USPS. Notifications of order shipments are sent via email. Real-time order status and shipment tracking are available online at orders.alkit.com. A single order cannot be separated into multiple delivery locations.

Order Consolidation

We consolidate all outgoing orders into a single shipment, when you place multiple orders. This saves considerably on freight charges.

Drop Shipping

Upon request, Alkit can ship your order directly to your client. Your drop-shipped order will be sent “blind”, with no identifying markers or invoices attached. Direct-To-Home Shipments are sent via US-Postal. We include shipment confirmation numbers on every delivery.

Direct To Home Delivery

We offer fulfillment of your School and Sports Portraits via Direct To Home Delivery. This option is designed for rapid delivery, direct to consumer. The process is fully automated using one of our supported turnkey ordering platforms. We package your portrait prints + specialty items and ship in our same 3-Day turnaround. We include shipment confirmation numbers on every delivery.

Problems With Your Delivery

In the unlikely event that our carrier might have damaged the contents of your delivery, please notify us as soon as possible. As it is always our goal to ensure your complete satisfaction, we always accept full responsibility to replace any damaged orders. We are committed to meeting your deadlines!
